With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
Engage (Online) Consult
This is an online tool that allows you to input your symptoms; along the way you will be given suggestions that may be the answer you are after.
If you are still requiring information then a report of your communication is sent to the GP for action and this will result in some/one of the following:
- Receive a call to discuss further
- Refer to a specialist
- Prescribe medication
After you have looked at the 'How to' guides below, click on the blue box above to register/start
Engage Consult - Patient Guide No 1 How to sign up for Online Consultations with your GP Practice
Engage Consult - Patient Guide No 2 How to send a message to your GP Practice using Engage Consult
Please note any digital image submitted as part of an online consultation, will be stored within your clinical notes
Please seek help if you feel this is appropriate for you or someone you know. The support is there for you to access and someone is always willing to listen.

You or someone you care for may benefit from using the NHS Electronic Repeat Dispensing service if you use the same medicines regularly. This service saves you time, it means you don’t need to request or collect your prescription from your GP practice every time you need a further supply. Your GP will ensure you are suitable for the service and produce a batch of prescriptions that can last up to 12 months. Please click HERE for more information.
